Hand Built Stoneware Kiddush Cup – Elijah’s Cup

The technique used to make this substantial hand made kiddush cup out of stoneware is quite involved: Vicki made the base and the drinking cup on the wheel, and then connected and balanced the two with strands of stoneware. Made in a high fire gas kiln.

Perfect as a kiddush cup, the design also lends itself to use as an Elijah’s Cup or Miriam’s Cup.
