Shipping and Returns

Our goal is to make certain that you are fully satisfied with your entire shopping experience at The Aesthetic Sense: Goods for the Soul. SHIPPING

How long does it take to get my order?

As a general rule, we make every attempt to ship your package within one business day. We will email you shipping and tracking information so that you may track your package directly.

However, even though our online store remains open 24/7, we observe the Jewish Sabbath and Jewish holidays in our physical plant. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Jewish holidays.

Should your order be placed on one of these days, it will be shipped immediately upon our return. Please call or email us if you have any questions or concerns.

What are your standard shipping policies?

We offer free standard shipping via major carriers on almost all orders over $200.  This policy excludes items listed as exceptions in the product description.  All orders under $200 are shipped with a flat $8.99 shipping fee.

What are your expedited shipping policies?

Expedited shipping (either overnight or two-day) is a service available to customers for all orders.  Expedited shipping is provided via FedEx and a quote is provided at checkout for the desired level-of-service.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States at this point.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We offer full refunds to the customer’s method of payment within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the order, less actual shipping charges incurred by us. Actual charges incurred by us are at a minimum the flat rate shipping charge, if any, paid by the customer, and they may be significantly higher than the flat rate shipping charge.

All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all packaging materials and original invoice. Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured by UPS, Federal Express or Parcel Post. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For all returns you must contact our returns department via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at [email protected].
