Star of David Jerusalem Stone Pendant
$135.00
While studying ancient languages in Jerusalem, Oreen Zeitlin became enamored of the unique beauty of Jerusalem stone, a material that has been used continually since ancient times as a building block of the holy city. As clergy, she also understood the meaningful symbols that various traditions utilize to consolidate and represent different theologies, and how those symbols can evoke our most personal and cherished thoughts. Her premise was to combine the ancient stone with modern design. The stone is unglazed and smooth to the touch. A sterling silver border cradles and protects the stone. The artisans individually cut the stones, etch them and hand paint the symbols with a stylus.
Only available in white Jerusalem stone.
