What if something is marked "Out of Stock" or "Available on Backorder"?

What does ethically sourced mean?

Ethically sourced goods are products that are hand-made by artisans around the world at a fair wage.  We take pride in sourcing the highest quality products from around the world that are good for everyone’s soul.

What are your standard shipping policies?

We offer free standard shipping via major carriers on almost all orders over $200.  This policy excludes items listed as exceptions in the product description.  All orders under are $200.00 shipped with a flat $7.99 shipping fee.

How long does it take to get my order?

We use best efforts to ship the next business day. We will email you shipping and tracking information so that you may track your package directly.

What are your expedited shipping policies?

Expedited shipping (either overnight or two-day) is a service available to customers for all orders.  Expedited shipping is provided via FedEx and a quote is provided at checkout for the desired level-of-service.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States today.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all of our orders!

What is your return policy?

We offer full refunds to the customer’s method of payment within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the order, less actual shipping charges incurred by us. Actual charges incurred by us are at a minimum the flat rate shipping charge, if any, paid by the customer, and they may be significantly higher than the flat rate shipping charge.
